Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or voice control. Many of the people our customers serve live with disability.
What standard do you work to?
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That is the benchmark the Australian Human Rights Commission points to for websites under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992. Problems found in testing are fixed straight away.
How was the site tested?
On desktop and phone screens: every main page, including account, cart and checkout, with automated accessibility testing; every button, link and field for a visible keyboard focus; colours and field edges for contrast; pages at 320 pixels wide and 200% zoom; and searching, adding to the cart and reaching checkout with the VoiceOver screen reader. The product manuals were checked for titles, picture descriptions, headings and reading order, including with VoiceOver, and every manual was validated against the PDF accessibility standard (PDF/UA) with the veraPDF checker.
What is not fully accessible yet?
The product user manuals (PDF files) have proper titles, a text description for every picture, marked headings, and a reading order that follows the page. All of them now meet the PDF accessibility standard (PDF/UA), checked with the veraPDF validator on 9 October 2026; they have not yet been tried with the NVDA screen reader on Windows. If a manual is hard to follow, call us and we will go through it with you or send the information another way. The key specifications for every product are also on its product page as text.
How do I get help, or report a problem?

We can send a manual or any other information in a different format, and you can send an order by email and we will place it for you. To report a problem, tell us the page, what you were trying to do and the device or assistive technology you were using. We will reply within three business days.
