Guides & resources
Specifying equipment for someone else is a different job from buying it for yourself. These guides are written for the person doing the specifying — pharmacy staff, aged care, allied health, and anyone answering “which one do I order”.

Find a part by model number
Parts are listed against the products they fit. Each part page lists its models under Fits — the aluminium fork SWH711K fits PA150 and PA201.
- Results show the product first, then every part that fits it.
- No part number needed — the model number on the frame is enough.
Order by SKU
Know what you need? The quick order pad takes SKUs and quantities and adds the lot in one go — faster than the catalogue for a restock.
- A code works with or without its (ND) suffix — PA300 and PA300(ND) both resolve.
- Paste a column straight from a spreadsheet; forty lines land in one go.
- “Load last order” refills the pad with what you bought last time.
Every specification on this site is readable without an account — only prices need an approved wholesale account. Figures in these guides are read from the product record when the page loads, so nothing here can drift out of step with the catalogue.
Disclaimer: measurements, weights and capacities are the manufacturer’s figures and can vary slightly between production batches. Treat them as a guide, and check anything critical with us before you order.
