How does it work?
Order on your wholesale account as usual and enter your customer’s address as the delivery address at checkout. That’s all it takes. We pick, pack and dispatch it the same day if the order is in by 12pm AEST, and the tracking comes to you.
What will my customer see?
A label from your business, with your contact number and address. “c/o Pharmaquip Healthcare” appears underneath in small type, so a courier can reach us if the parcel goes astray. Inside there is no invoice, no flyer and no pricing. Product cartons carry PQUIP branding.
What does it cost?
Nothing extra. You pay your wholesale price, and freight is quoted live to your customer’s postcode and charged as one line. The Freight Subsidy Plan applies to drop-ship orders exactly as it does to your own: see Freight & delivery.
Can I list your products on my website?
Yes. Once your account is open we can give you a private live data feed: every item’s description, specifications, pictures, carton details, your own price and stock status, updated daily. You are welcome to use our product images. Ask us for it.
What if something is damaged or faulty?
Returns come back to us, under our returns and replacements policy. Start with the claim form; your customer never has to deal with us.
Who can drop ship with you?
Any Australian business with an approved wholesale account: online retailers, pharmacies, NDIS providers, home care and allied health. We don’t sell to the public. Applying takes about ten minutes.
