Prices are shown to approved wholesale accounts. Sign in and you’ll see your price on every product.

Who can see prices?
Anyone can browse the catalogue. Specifications, SKUs, stock levels and boxed sizes are all public. Prices appear once your wholesale account is approved and you’re signed in.
How is my price set?
We set it when we approve your account, based on your type of business and how you buy. If you open new sites or start buying more, call us and we’ll review it.
Is it the same price everywhere?
Yes. The price on the product page is the price in the catalogue, on the quick order pad, in your cart and on your invoice. We don’t show an RRP or a “was” price.
Does the price include GST?
No, prices are ex GST. Most mobility equipment is GST-free. GST-free items are marked “GST free”, and GST is itemised at checkout on the lines that carry it. What makes an item GST-free →
Applying
You’ll need your ABN, facility details and trading references. It takes about ten minutes, and we usually reply by email within two business days. Prices appear once we approve the account.
